Real Estate Brokerage

Once foreclosed properties are assigned to the property management division, and they have been stabilized either through the bankruptcy process or otherwise, they will inevitably need to be liquidated so the court can disperse the cash proceeds to the creditors of the bankruptcy.

The Bullseye Capital Brokerage Department will act as the real estate broker and sell these assets. In the case the properties are found in markets outside Bullseye Capital’s specialization, the brokerage responsibilities will be assigned to a localized provider and Bullseye Capital will maintain leadership in the transactions.

Loan Brokerage

Bullseye Capital, though not an expert in lending, will be asked to provide lending services to some or all of its properties. Bullseye Capital will subcontract these services to appropriate lenders nationwide, and retain a loan brokerage fee for these services.
